We recommend booking in advance to guarantee your spot, but walk-ins are welcome when availability allows.
Bring swimwear, a towel, and a change of clothes. We provide robes, sandals, and all necessary amenities.
Cold plunge therapy is generally safe, but we recommend consulting with your physician if you have cardiovascular conditions, are pregnant, or have other health concerns.
Our cold plunges are maintained between 39°F–55°F. We can adjust based on your experience level and comfort.
